Not that they don't want to do good but because they are ashamed of it because they don't have the spirit that can make them to be bold in righteousness. Jesus is truth and anybody that have Jesus in him speak the truth. The truth is the word of God. The grace to speak it is in Jesus Christ. The grace of truth is the enabling spirit through which the truth is known and speak. That spirit is the spirit of God. In music there is a music key and that key is Jesus Christ(John16:19). Some people think it is F , C , C# etc as in instrumental keys like piano, guitar etc. every of all these musical keys will go off if Jesus is not in the music. Any keys you are singing on and Jesus is in it will not go off key. Jesus Christ is the musical key.
