To be spiritually conscious is to be spiritually alert. Apostle Paul in his epistle to the Thessalonians admonish them not to quench the spirit. Don't allow yourself to be cold spiritually. A man that is spiritually conscious is a man that prays in tongues, go for evangelism, have intimacy with God through having personal fellowship with God. A man that is spiritually conscious is a man that is lead by the spirit(Galatians5:25). Laughing in the spirit is activated by the Joy a believer have because of the presence of the Holy Ghost in his/her live. Joy is one of the quality of the kingdom of God. The will of God is for us to praise and give him thanks hear on earth even as he is praised in heaven(Matthew6:10). The angels are praising God in heaven for his wonderful work. Praises is what we give God that makes him happy. Any body that creat the habit of praising God is doing the will of God. God is happy when his children is praising Him.
