A man that is spiritually conscious is a man that prays in tongues, go for evangelism, have intimacy with God through having personal fellowship with God. Laughing in the spirit is activated by the Joy a believer have because of the presence of the Holy Ghost in his/her live. Joy is one of the quality of the kingdom of God.
