DAILY BREAD(Dead to Sin for a Righteous Living)

🍞DEAD TO SIN FOR A RIGHTEOUS LIVING🍞

1 Peter 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ (Romans6:23). Sin makes people to die. Because of sin the devil have captivated many people into bondages. Many are condemn because of sin. But before we go further let us understand what is sin. Sin is rejecting of Jesus Christ to be your Lord and personal saviour(1John3:6, 1John3:5, 2Corintians5:21). Anybody that did not reject Jesus is not a sinner because Jesus now dwells in him. The seed of righteousness is now in him/her through which he lives according to the direction of the Lord (Galatians5:18). 

The NIV version of that Bible verse of 1Peter2:24 says "He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.” it says Jesus died because of our sin on the cross so that we might die to sin and live for righteousness. In other word the wages of sin that is death, Jesus paid the price for every one that believeth on him. Now we believers are dead to sin and Jesus resurrected for us to have Life and we are now alive unto righteousness. Now we now live unto righteousness. The power that makes people to commit sin that is against us is now destroy by the blood of Jesus. We now live unto the righteousness of God which is Jesus Christ.

Prayer point: 

I believe I am dead to sin and alive unto righteousness because Jesus bore my sin in his own body on the cross of Calvary and resurrected from the dead for me to have life. alleluia. I destroy every power of sin against me in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

   YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK Luke 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.  Some believer think they have limited power of operation. But that is a lie from the pit of hell. Every believer have been equipped with power to operate unlimitedly. It is the same grace and love that is at work in every child of God God does not have favorite but his Son Jesus Christ and he have given Him to as many that believe on him (John3:16).   No believer is save more than another.
