DAILY BREAD(Christ The Solid Rock)

 

🍞🍞🍞CHRIST THE SOLID ROCK🍞🍞🍞

Matthew 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

There was a time in Jesus ministry on earth when he asked his disciples what people says he is. His disciples said to him, some people say you are prophet others Said you are Elias, others said you are Jeremiah. But Jesus ask them what did you say that I am. Peter answered and said, thou art Christ the Son of the living God and Jesus said upon these Rock I will build my church and the gate of hell shall not prevail over it.

Notice Jesus did not say he is going to build his church on the believe that others says he was Elias or Jeremiah. But on the believe that he is the Son of the living God. This is the solid rock that can never fail. When you believe that Jesus is the Son of the living God, you are standing on a solid Rock that can never fail.

When your faith is on these foundation, your faith call never fail. Jesus is that rock( 1Corinthians 10:4). He was crucified because he gave this confession to the pilates (Matthew 26:63-65). That he was the Son of the living God. The people crucify him and he resurrected with power. He defeated death because of this confession. Now listen, Christ have defeated whatsoever that can make your faith not to work. And that is the fear of deaths. The devil have put people in the world in captivity because of the fear of deaths. But Christ have paid the price that any body that believe he is the Son of the living God is out of the captivity of the world (john3:16). Don't stand on any other believe but on the believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the living God, this is the believe that never fail. We Christians have this believe and this is our confidence in God. Let us continue to bring it to our thoughts and spirit that he is the Son of the living God. This is that solid rock church are built on that can never fail. 

Prayer point: 

I believe Jesus Christ you are the Son of the living God. I have you dwelling in me. I know you and you are My Lord. I destroy every power of the enemy that is fighting to contradict this believe I have in you in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

   YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK Luke 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.  Some believer think they have limited power of operation. But that is a lie from the pit of hell. Every believer have been equipped with power to operate unlimitedly. It is the same grace and love that is at work in every child of God God does not have favorite but his Son Jesus Christ and he have given Him to as many that believe on him (John3:16).   No believer is save more than another. Great thing happen in the kingdom of God. Impossibilities are made possible. The kingdom of God is a kingdom were Jesus Christ is the king.
